The Brut Reserve is a composition of Chardonnay and Pinot wines from various vineyards that are matured to perfection. The blend consists of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot. Interestingly, Chardonnay proportions are not usually as high amongst great champagnes. It encompasses a brilliant color with golden straw yellow properties. It has an impressive nose that is open and has fruity and bready characteristics. It emanates aromas of white flowers, peach and vanilla pod. The palate is greeted with a harmonious fresh wine that combines flavors of honey and fruit.

Faustino I Gran Reserva Rioja 75cl

This fine dry wine is produced using selected pinot blanc grapes, enhanced by a dash of liqueur with edible gold flakes.

Colour: Bright, intense cherry-red with a tawny rim.Aroma: Intense, with fine toasty notes from the oak and hints of red berries against a light background of stewed fruit. Notes of vanilla and spices contributed by the oak during cask ageing.Palate: Round, velvet and meaty with a lovely integration of the sweet tannins from the graps and those from the wood, resulting in a smooth yet robust wine.Grape:92% Tempranillo, 8% Mazuelo.

Dom Perignon 2003. On The Nose: This wine is full of life, with a fresh nose that dances through a spiral of aromas, blending hints of angelica, dried flowers, pineapple, coconut, cinnamon, cocoa and tobacco. In The Mouth: With a fullness in the mouth, its earthy, smoky, pearly complexity rises to the surface, underscored by the vibrant warmth of peppery spice. The sensation of intensity develops and melts into a deep, rounded heart, with a fruity, exotic maturity and a slight touch of aniseed. This sensation, almost unsettling, is even more pronounced in the finish, while the notes of spice, still present, remain discreet, with toasted, iodine flavors.

Leathery and gamey aromas lead to a palate of mulberry, damson and raspberry. Undertones of white pepper with spicy notes underpinned by sophisticated tannins.

Lillet (pronounced lee-lay), is a French Aperitif made from a blend of wine, liqueurs, fruits and herbs. It originated in the French village of Podensac and has been made since the late 1800s. Lillet Blanc is made from white wine and is drier than Lillet Rouge, its red-wine counterpart. Both are classically served over ice with an orange twist.Lillet is a blend of rigorously selected wines and fruit liqueurs, aged in oak vats for around 12 months, during which it is given the same care as the Grands Crus (great wines) of Bordeaux.Lillet Blanc has a golden colour with candied orange, honey, pine resin, lime and fresh mint aromas.Full and rich on the palate with a lovely, long aftertaste. Its aromas are principally characterised by hints of fresh grapes ripened in the sun and a lingering taste of dried linden flowers.Serve it well-chilled, as an aperitif or in a cocktail; it is also a perfect accompaniment to sea food, pan-fried Saint-Jacques and foie gras.

The historical sweet desert wine. Harvested grapes are spread out in the sun to dry until their sugar density reaches 19-23 Baume. Once achieved, the grapes are crushed and fermented until the process stops naturally due to the high sugar content. The must is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years. Similar to the solera system, the barrels are never completely emptied. New juice is added to the barrel containing old juice and the process begins again. St. John Commandaria is a sweet wine with a powerful bouquet filled with dried fruits, spices and oak. It is luscious and full-bodied.

Champagne Gruet Brut Selection is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, this champagne is full bodied, well structured and powerful with exquisite aromas.

Following the harvest period, Bollinger's decisions on blending are not made before January. The blend for the Special Cuvée is an ideal version of the classic Champagne blend, using the different grapes of a given year from a variety of crus, with the addition of older, reserve wines. This blend necessarily incorporates subtle variations each year whilst remaining consistent to a style. It is, therefore, the hardest of all Bollinger to make. It contains the full expression of the Bollinger style and the House feels it should be judged on this - its benchmark wine. The denomination Special Cuvée was created in 1911. The idea came from William Folks, then partner of the illustrious London House of Mentzendorff. This great wine lover felt it was an insult to simply call this great wine "non vintage". The suggestion of naming it "Special Cuvée" was immediately approved by Monsieur Bollinger.A blend par excellence, the Special Cuvée is the purest expression of the Bollinger style; of its craftsmanship and its singular conception of what a champagne should be. The wine is a deep purple colour. The nose is reminiscent of blackberry and liquorice with a cracked pepper spice overtone.The palate is rich and rounded with soft tannins providing a lingering fruit driven finish. Well integrated French and American oak contributes to the wines generous mouth feel and soft finish.

A great youthful mouthful of Châteauneuf. The grapes for Les Galets Roulés , Châteauneuf du Pape, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, are carefully selected and undergo a traditional long cuvaison at high temperature and extended maceration on the skins in order to extract plenty of colour, fruit and tannins. This results in a complex wine that has warm, red, spicy fruit and damson aromas. Dense, dark, cherry fruit on the palate; structure, richness and a touch of elegance on the finish.Les Galets Roulés derives its name from the large rounded pebbles (galets roulés) associated with the famous vineyards of the area. The stones cover the clay and chalk soils and naturally keep the vine yields low.

Dry full bodied, sharp and decidedly characteristic with a distinctive hint of herbs. The bouquet becomes more complex with age.

On the nose, the champagne is dominated by white flowers, green apple, brioche and a trace of minerality. On the palate there are notes of stone fruits, a certain nuttiness and a hint of honey supporting the freshness of the acidity. UK stock receives an additional 6 months post-disgorgement ageing so it is ready to drink upon release but cellaring for a few years will reveal greater depths. Gewa Bouzouki greco Guscio di noce

An exceptionally fine old tawny blend, aged for an average of 10 years in oak casks. Elegant and smooth, combining delicate wood notes and rich mellow fruit, it is bottled for immediate drinking. Excellent with soft cheeses such as brie; and a superb dessert wine, particularly with dishes made with coffee or almonds, Taylor 10 Year Old Tawny is delicious served lightly chilled at the end of the meal.
