The original Penderyn in this bottle has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks to bring out its full golden character. At a generous 46% ABV, it has a classic freshness with aromas of cream, toffee, rich fruit and raisins. The palate is crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetising dryness. In 1915 it was banned because of its alleged properties. La Fee is great both in cocktails or sipped over ice. Tasting Notes : A strong absinthe drink bursting with herbs.

Maker's Mark is the only bourbon distillery to use pure, iron-free limestone spring water exclusively, not city, well or river water. The source is a 10-acre limestone spring-fed lake at the distillery. The red wax seal you see on the bottle is like a snowflake, no two of them are alike. They'd be hard pressed to explain what's behind the differences in snowflakes, but it's easy to explain the individuality of our wax patterns. It's the people who have been hand dipping the bottles for more than a quarter century. Each one has a different personality that is expressed in the way the wax drips. This is just another step in the Maker's Mark process where people, not machines control the quality of the product.

Fine single malt whisky has been made here for over 200 years, in one of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland. Oban??????? is made using only the finest barley, malted to the distillery's own particular specification. Partly germinated barley is gently dried in a kiln where a light peat smoke gives the malt a distinctive character and taste. The result is the smoky, malty dryness in the flavour and finish of Oban???????. The stills used are among the smallest in Scotland; the cramped nature of the site is attested to by the odd position of the worm tubs, fed by unusually short lyne arms, and nestled in the ???????vee??????? between the roofs of the still house and an adjoining building. Tasting Notes : A rich peated nose with hints of burnt heather, replicated in the taste rounded with a smooth creaminess.

The Naked Grouse is a blend of single malt whiskies including The Macallan and Highland Park and also grain whisky. This is then matured in the very best first fill sherry cask to give this rich and beautiful product. The concept of Naked came from the test where a market was chosen in Price Edward Islad where The Famous Grouse was not widely known and the lablel and packaging was stripped from the bottle to allow the Naked liquid to speak for itself.

The archetypal JD.This rare, sippin' whiskey is made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, using pure cave spring water and a unique mellowing process perfected by Jack Daniel in 1866.The distinctively pleasing flavour is the reason they'll always stay faithful to the slow, time-honoured methods their founder insisted upon.Tennessee whiskey is similar to bourbon but is different in that it is filtered through maple charcoal in large wooden vats prior to aging. Tennessee whiskey is also not subject to the regulations relating to bourbons, such as the use of new barrels and low level of distilling proof.
