Mozart Gold is a milk chocolate cream liqueur. Belgian chocolate and fresh cream are blended with aromatic notes of vanilla and cocoa.The raw materials for Mozart Gold are well traveled. The used cocoa is a mixture of the types Forastero (West Africa) and Trinitario (Caribbean).Mozart Gold contains fresh cream, conched dark chocolate from Belgium, genuine Bourbon-vanilla from Madagascar, crystal sugar, and pure sugar cane distillate.

Layers of green fruits, citrus fruits and vanilla cream - the perfect aperitif.Such is the integrity of the bottling with it's well chosen casks that it can support a fair dilution with cool still spring water to reduce the alcoholic strength to the desired level - without losing any of the flavour.Created from 100% American oak Bourbon casks, this bottling replicates the layers of fresh fruit and creamy vanilla flavours associated with the 10, making it the ideal whisky to enjoy particularly before lunch or dinner - or just as an early evening dram.

The original Penderyn in this bottle has been aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks to bring out its full golden character. At a generous 46% ABV, it has a classic freshness with aromas of cream, toffee, rich fruit and raisins. The palate is crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetising dryness. Notes of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla persist in the finish.

Tasting Notes by Dr Whisky Honey and lemon, green grapes, skin cream/lotion. Very fresh on the nose. The peat is in there, but it is all so perfumed, estery, and free of the associations that often appear with peat smoke that it could go unnoticed. Apple crumble, margarine, and a touch of animal hide. Okay, well the smoke will not go unnoticed on the palate, but it is so clean, and surrounded by floral sweetness, that to compare it to a Scottish whisky would not quite be fair (to either). Peated barley at the heart of the flavours, grassy, and increasingly drying. Oak and almonds.

They are prepared elaborately for production.Mozart White contains fresh cream, precious cocoa butter, real Bourbon vanilla from Madagaskar, crystal sugar and pure distillate from sugar cane.Fresh cream is skimmed and infused with cocoa butter. A lower fett content with longer shelf life is achieved. Real Bourbon vanilla is macerated in fine distillate from cane sugar. This macerate is then melted together with crystal sugar, caramel, cream and cane sugar distillate.
