I note you sell two cartridges that look exactly the same, what is the difference between the Doulton Supercarb and the Doulton Ultracarb They both do look the same, but the Ultracarb removes heavy metals such as lead, whereas the Supercarb doesn't. See more details above Two months ago I purchased a Doulton Ultracarb from you, I have noticed the flow from my filter tap has reduced considerably, does this mean I have to buy another cartridge already. No, you don't need to change your cartridge yet, but you need to take out the cartridge from the housing and gently clean it using an old tooth brush. Why is my cartridge blocking up, is it not doing it's job properly. If your cartridge is blocking up and reducing the flow, it is doing it's job by stopping dirt, sediment and rust etc. from entering your drinking water. Every time I change my filter cartridge I get a leak from the joint on the Plastic Housing, the White bottom bit never seems to seal properly to the Black top, what am I doing wrong.
